STEPANPOL® polyester polyols can provide formulators UV-stable resins with superior tensile and tear strength as well as solvent and oxidation resistance. Polyester polyols are commonly used in thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPUs), microcellular foams and prepolymers for cast elastomers.

Common Application

· Rollers and casters
· Conveyor belts
· Thermal barrier (fenestration)
· Automotive noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) materials

Common products used for elastomers include aliphatic polyesters with aromatics as formulary modifiers.
